Adjustments are allowed and can be made by visiting the architect. Once a draft plan is prepared, the office will price accordingly. Architect fees incurred are the responsibility of the client. 

The sales office will provide an offer to purchase (30-day validity) along with a preconstruction valuation relative to the home of preference if the client (s) receives a favorable assessment for financing.

Once proof of mortgage approval letter is provided to the sales team, the deposit of $10,000.00 is required to secure a lot of preference. The architect will be instructed to submit the floor plan for building permit approval from the C. I. Planning Department.

The timeline to receive the building permit is 8-10 weeks.

The home is expected to take 6-8 months for completion.

The client will get the options to choose appliances, tiles, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, lighting, and interior/exterior colors. Upgrades outside of the budget amounts are the responsibility of the client paid directly to the vendor.
